Refund Policy - RALTech School
1. Introduction
At RALTech School, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Our refund policy aims to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of our educational platform.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French legislation, the student is entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription to the paid service.
To exercise this right, the student must inform us of their decision in writing (email or mail) before the expiration of the 14-day period.
In the event of withdrawal within this period, a full refund will be made within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.
3. Refunds After Withdrawal Period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions:No partial refund is granted for the current month. The subscription will end at the end of the paid month.
- Annual Subscriptions:A pro-rata refund may be granted for complete unused months, less a 10% administrative fee.
Refund requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Grounds for Refund
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Persistent technical issues preventing access to courses, not resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our technical support.
- Significant failure on our part to provide the promised services.
- Exceptional circumstances preventing the student from continuing their training (with supporting documentation).
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Lack of time or motivation from the student to follow the courses.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the course content, if it complies with the description provided.
- Change of mind after the withdrawal period, without valid reason.
5. Refund Procedure
Any refund request must be addressed in writing to our customer service: contact@raltech.school.
The request must include the detailed reason for the refund and any relevant evidence.
We commit to processing each request within 10 working days.
If the refund is approved, it will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exceptions
RALTech School reserves the right to refuse a refund or offer an alternative compensation (such as a free subscription extension) in certain cases.
Promotional offers or special discounts may have different refund conditions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
7. Policy Modifications
RALTech School reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
Any modification will be communicated to students and will apply to subscriptions taken out after the date of modification.
