General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between RALTech School, hereinafter referred to as 'RALTech,' and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as 'the Student,' regarding the provision of online training services in the field of web development.

Article 2. Products

RALTech offers an online learning platform enabling Students to train in web development. The services include:

• Access to online courses
• Support from experienced mentors
• Practical exercises and projects
• Additional educational resources
• Preparation for obtaining an RNCP Level 6 certification (coming soon)

Article 3. Pricing

The service prices are indicated on the RALTech website (https://raltech.school) in euros, including all taxes.

RALTech reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The new prices will apply to any new subscription or subscription renewal.

Prices may vary depending on the chosen commitment duration (monthly, annual).

Article 4. Ordering and Payment Methods

The order is effective upon validation of the enrollment form. To apply to RALTech, the Student must complete an online application form and will be contacted by a member of the teaching staff for a motivation interview.

Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means offered on the website.

Payment is recurring based on the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

In case of late payment, RALTech reserves the right to suspend access to the services until payment is regularized.

Article 5. Ownership Reservation

RALTech retains full ownership of the educational content provided as part of its services.

The Student has a personal and non-transferable right to use the content during the subscription period.

Article 6. Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Student has a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Student must notify their decision to withdraw in writing to RALTech.

In case of withdrawal, RALTech will refund all payments received within 14 days from the receipt of the notification.

Article 7. Warranty

RALTech is committed to providing the services with reasonable diligence and care.

In the event of technical issues, RALTech will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

No guarantee of results is given regarding the attainment of diplomas or certifications.

Article 8. Liability

RALTech shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

RALTech's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Student for the relevant services.

RALTech cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

All content offered by RALTech (courses, exercises, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of RALTech or its partners.

The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or commercialize this content without RALTech's express authorization.

Article 10. Use of the Graphic Charter

RALTech's graphic charter, including its logo, colors, fonts, and other distinctive visual elements, is the exclusive property of RALTech School.

The Student agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute RALTech's graphic charter without prior written authorization.

As part of educational projects or personal portfolios, the Student may be authorized to use certain elements of RALTech's graphic charter, subject to explicit request and written authorization from RALTech.

Any authorized use of the graphic charter must strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by RALTech and must not damage the school's image or reputation.

RALTech reserves the right to revoke any authorization to use its graphic charter at any time and without notice, particularly in the event of non-compliant use or damage to its image.

The Student acknowledges that any unauthorized or non-compliant use of RALTech's graphic charter may result in legal proceedings.

Article 11. Personal Data

RALTech is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the Student's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

The data collected is used solely for the provision of services by RALTech.

The Student has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

These GTCS are governed by French law.

In case of disputes, the parties will seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or execution of these GTCS falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

These distance selling terms are governed by French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of TOULOUSE.
